Privacy policy
This policy explains how Hala Kora, operated by Haneen Web, handles data when you use the website.
Messages and reports
When you submit a contact form, we store your name, email, department, subject, message, submission time and consent to handle the request. Authorised owners and supervisors can access these records. They are not published or automatically emailed externally. Messages remain in administration until deleted, and earlier backups may retain copies.
Cookies and audience statistics
We use session and form-security cookies and a random browser identifier lasting 30 days. Its hash supports approximate visitor counts and abuse prevention. When enabled, internal statistics record page and article views, playback activity, approximate country from a trusted source and referring site names without URL paths or search data. Statistics tables do not store IP addresses. Scheduled cleanup removes older statistics after approximately 30 days.
Google Analytics
When enabled, Google Analytics loads only after your consent. You may reject analytics and continue browsing, or change your choice using the analytics preferences button. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policies.
Chat, favourites and security
Chat names, messages and browser identifiers may be retained for moderation for approximately 24 hours before scheduled cleanup. Favourites are stored in your browser. Operational logs, request limits and abuse controls may process IP addresses and request information.
External services
Fonts, interface resources, video players, advertisements and enabled third-party services may receive connection information needed to load their resources. Their own policies apply. Following an external link takes you to another provider.
Your requests
Contact us to ask about, correct or delete information in a message you sent. We may need to verify that the request relates to your data. Blocking cookies can affect site functions. Additional site-specific notices may appear in the Arabic privacy policy.
