Enzo Maresca expects Antoine Semenyo to miss around eight weeks with a knee injury, ESPN reported on 19 October, following Manchester City’s 3-2 match against Ipswich.
The coach nevertheless left open the possibility of Erling Haaland featuring against AEK Athens. Semenyo’s return remains a recovery estimate, while Haaland’s availability depends on the medical assessment before the game.
